CoE Membership Policy

Membership subscription to be by calendar year, that is, January – December. Present Categories and membership rates are:

• Warranted with Eur. Ing: €50
• Warranted: €40
• Graduate: €30
• Associate: €25
• Retired: €20
• Student: Free

Membership validity conditions for a given year are:

• Membership is valid only if membership subscription is paid and applicant is eligible as per class of membership;
• The membership services (excluding card) will remain applicable if the subscription due in a given year is renewed by the AGM date (as per statute) of the following year;
• The membership card will only be issued to paid-up members;
• Unless subscription has been received by the end of the following year, there will be cessation of membership;
• A final warning of termination will be issued, by registered mail, during November / December of the following year;
• There should be a one-time €10 payment for new members;
• After the cessation of membership, an ex-member wishing to re-join would need to re-apply. In this case, the one-time payment fee will also apply. Also, a new membership number will be allocated to the re-applicant.
