| Chamber working on its proposals for Climate Change and Solid Waste |
On Monday 9th March, the Chamber of Engineers organised two consultation workshops about Climate Change and Solid Waste Management in Malta. Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs, the Hon. George Pullicino, addressed the attendees and answered questions whilst MRRA Permanent Secretary Dr Inġ. Chris Ciantar and David Spiteri Gingell, chairman of the Climate Change Committee, delivered presentations.
Following the workshops a sub-committee within the Chamber is working on an official response to consultation on the national strategies on Climate Change and Waste.
