On 26th September 2024, the Chamber of Engineers (CoE) signed a corporate sponsorship agreement with Belimo Italy which will see both sides collaborating to further engineeringknowledge with respect to heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC).

Belimo is the global market leader in developing, producing, and selling field devices for the energy-efficient control of HVAC systems. Their core business focuses on damper actuators, control valves, sensors, and meters. Founded in 1975, the company employs over 2,300 people and has been listed on the Swiss Exchange (SIX) since 1995. Belimo supports customers with dedicated training and strive to enhance their knowledge in the HVAC field so that they can be successful in their business.

The motto of Belimo states “Together to the Top” and this collaboration follows the same spirit and seeks to pave the way for a more sustainable future in the HVAC industry in Malta.

This collaboration further strengthens the Chamber’s dedication to advancing the engineering profession and strives to creates valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, educational initiatives, and continuous professional growth within the engineering community.
