Biography
Robert Refalo earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malta in 2003. He subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering at Brunel University, London. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, he joined Titan International Limited as an Operations and Technical Manager. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in building services, with a main focus on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. In recent years, he has further enhanced his professional qualifications by becoming a certified Energy Auditor and EPB Assessor for dwellings (EPC).
