Biography
A manufacturing and operations expert with over 30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. He has led major projects including production line installations, factory relocations, and IT implementations. Proficient in ERP systems like IFS, SAGE, Microsoft GP, and Business Central, Noel also brings strong knowledge of HR, Health and Safety, and auditing. He has over 25 years of ISO 9001 and 10 years of ISO 14001 experience. More recently, he has gained expertise in medical and industrial gas manufacturing, including Air Separation Units and pressure cylinder operations.
