I built my career around strengthening ISO 9001 systems, leading quality teams, and delivering measurable gains in process capability, defect reduction, and compliance. My background spans quality management, process validation, and project coordination, supported by Six Sigma Black Belt concepts and a structured, data‑driven approach to problem solving. I am now expanding into independent QMS auditing and quality consultancy, helping organisations develop robust, compliant, value‑adding management systems that elevate operational standards and support sustainable performance.
