Tour of the Abattoir
These guided sessions showcase the engineering behind the the facility’s operations within a clean and controlled environment. Participants will gain behind-the-scenes insight into the abattoir’s processes, while also enjoying the opportunity to network during a post-tour reception featuring traditional slaughterhouse fare, including mazzit.
