On the 6th of February 2025, the Chamber of Engineers visited ClearVUE.Business as part of its outreach towards industry and employers of engineers.

The Chamber’s delegation was welcomed by Mr Nathyn Morley – Sustainability Consultant, Dr Inġ. Damien Gatt – Building Performance Analyst and Inġ. Mark Cilia – Sustainability Consultant at ClearVUE.Business. The Chamber was represented by Inġ. Malcolm Zammit – President and Inġ. Alex Tanti – Activities Secretary.

The ClearVUE.Business delegation presented various value-adding aspects of their energy management and carbon accounting platform ClearVUE.Zero. This unique solution digitises the energy data of an enterprise across all utilities and site locations across the world.

During the overview of capabilities of the platform, the Chamber was informed of the key elements of their technology which provides essential tools towards reaching optimal energy performance, reducing energy expenditures, lowering carbon footprint, and reducing the impact on the environment.  The software component of the platform was largely developed in Malta, at ClearVUE.Business’s office in Ta’ Xbiex.

The Chamber of Engineers expressed the importance of promoting professional occupations which are highly technology-based and depend on STEM talent. The discussion focused on the promotion of opportunities with both engineers and engineering students and further collaboration between the Chamber and industry partners to project the attractiveness of different sectors.
