On Friday 22nd November 2024, the Chamber of Engineers (CoE) visited Cassar Marine group at the company’s premises in Marsa. The CoE delegation, represented by Inġ. Malcolm Zammit – President, and Inġ. Simon Abela – Membership Secretary, was warmly welcomed by Inġ. Jeanelle Cassar, Head of Technical at Cassar Marine.

Cassar Marine Group plays a significant role in Malta’s marine industry, offering an array of marine-related services ranging from ship repair to tugging, dredging and marine-related construction. During the visit, the Chamber received an overview of the diverse maritime services provided by Cassar Marine Group and the value which the company places on the technical prowess within its workforce.

The Chamber of Engineers highlighted its ongoing outreach efforts with the industry to showcase the spectrum of opportunities which exist and reaffirmed its commitment to building a stronger relationship with stakeholders in all sectors, including the marine industry.
